My inspiration comes from nature: Majestic skies, wild seas and wildlife. When I moved between continents, I also changed medium. From drawing majestic albatrosses and several whales in New Zealand, I went to painting the North sea breakers where the gulls rule the shores. Wherever I am, I feel a deep connection to wildlife. Painting or drawing wildlife takes me up in the sky or in to the deep op the ocean. While exploring their form, I get a feel for their environment and appreciation for the natural world around us.
